2μm波段激光薄膜的研制

概述了国内外关于~2μm波段发光的掺Tm3+, Ho3+和Er3+等激光晶体镀膜的使用情况, 结合我们实验室已有的工作基础, 对其设计原理和制备工艺进行了详细分析, 制备出了较高性能2.94μm的激光薄膜。
Abstract
According to application of coatings on Tm3+、Ho3+ and Er3+-doped crystal emitting at 2 μm, the thin film design principle and fabrication process are analyzed in detail. The high reflective thin film with reflectivity 98.4% at 2.94 μm is obtained, which has been used in 1.5 J/150 μs laser system for a long time.
