微空心阴极放电及其应用

摘要
微空心阴极放电(MHCD)是指阴极孔径为亚毫米量级时的高气压辉光放电.本文介绍了微空心阴极放电的研究进展,分析了其光谱特性,最后讨论了它的应用前景.
Abstract
Microhollow cathode discharge,so-called MHCD,is a kind of high-pressure glow discharges where the opening in cathode is in order of 100μ-m.In this paper,we introduce the development of research on MHCD,and discuss its spectra characteristics. Finally,the potential of its application is outlooked.
