克林霉素磷酸脂凝胶联合波长1 565 nm掺铒光纤点阵激光治疗轻中度寻常痤疮的疗效观察

摘要
目的: 观察克林霉素磷酸酯凝胶联合波长1 565 nm掺铒光纤点阵激光治疗轻中度寻常痤疮的有效性和安全性。方法: 选取2015年1月至2017年9月期间门诊中来就诊的轻中度寻常痤疮患者132例, 随机分成A、B、C三组, A组44人; B组46; C组42人。A组单纯使用点阵激光治疗; B组单纯使用克林霉素磷酸酯外用; C组使用点阵激光治疗联合克林霉素磷酸酯外用。由2名有经验的医生共同进行皮损计数和疗效评价, 同时观察患者的不良反应和复发情况。结果: 三组有效率分别为A组51.6%; B组38.2%; C组79.3%。卡方检验结果显示, C组的总体疗效均优于A组与B组, 差异具统计学意义; 三组均无明显不良反应。结论: 克林霉素磷酸酯凝胶联合波长1 565 nm掺铒光纤点阵激光能有效治疗轻中度寻常痤疮且无明显不良反应, 值得推广。
Abstract
Objective: To observe the efficacy of clindamycin phosphate gel combined with the erbium-doped fiber fractional laser in the treatment of mild to moderate acne vulgaris. Method: 132 cases of acne patients with mild to moderate acne vulgaris in outpatient clinic from January 2015 to September 2017 were randomly divided into three groups: Group A, Group B, and Group C, there are 44 patients in Group A, 46 patients in Group B, 42 patients in Group C. Group A was treated with fractional laser alone; Group B was treated with clindamycin phosphate alone, and Group C was treated with fractional laser combined with clindamycin phosphate. Before treatment or at the furtherconsultation to take pictures. The skin lesions were counted and the efficacy was evaluated by two experienced doctors, the patients’ adverse reactions and recurrence were observed at the same time. Results: The effective rates of the three groups were 51.6 % in group A, 38.2 % in group B, and 79.3% in Group C. Chi-square test results showed that the overall efficacy of group C was better than that of group A and group B, and the difference was statistically significant, there was no obvious adverse reaction in three groups. Conclusions: Clindamycin phosphate combined with 1 565 nm Erbium-doped fiber fractional laser can effectively treat mild to moderate acne vulgaris and has no obvious adverse reactions. It is worth promoting.
