相关检测技术在单脉冲激光测距中的应用

摘要
采用雪崩光电二极管探测微弱激光脉冲回波信号,依据相关检测技术对微弱的激光回波进行处理,从而获得较高信噪比回波信号.首先通过软件仿真验证了该实验方法的可行性,并在实验中采用消光比测量法对激光测距机测距能力进行了测试,将信噪比为-2.1 dB原始信号经过相关检测后提升至10 dB,消光比从原始激光测距模式的30 dB提升至44 dB.实验结果表明采用相关检测方法可以提高激光测距机测距能力及精准度,具有一定实用价值.
Abstract
In this paper,the APD is adopted to detect the weak laser pulse echo signal.According to the correlation detection method for weak laser echo signal processed,a high SNR echo signal is obtained.First,through software simulation,the feasibility of this method is validated,and the extinction ratio measurement method for ranging ability testing is adopted.To improve the SNR from -2.1 dB to 10 dB,the ranging ability increases from 30 dB to 44 dB.The experimental results show that the correlation detection technology can improve the ability of laser range,and it has a good practicability.
