Multi-beam Confocal System Using Pinhole Array
摘要
提出了一种基于500×500的针孔阵列的多光束共焦三维测量系统,该系统具有测量视场大,测量速度快,系统结构简单等特点.
Abstract
The 500×500 pinhole array is used in the multi-beam confocal system for 3D measurement. The equipment needn't mechanical rotation, thus it is simple in the mechanism, also the measuring field is larger. With the interpolation technique, the 3D profile can be got quickly with high precision.
