基于IDL的高光谱数据可视化分析
Visualization Analysis of High-Spectral Data with IDL
摘要
针对光谱仪在实验室测得的高光谱数据,提出一种高光谱数据处理系统,包括数据输入输出、数据重采样、数据预处理以及待测目标处理4大功能模块,并以不同水深的水体为待测目标,在ENVI平台下利用IDL语言开发水深反演模块。实验结果表明:该系统能够实现数据准确高速处理,并且处理结果可视化,同时该系统具有可扩展性,可以实现其他实测光谱数据的分析应用。
Abstract
For the hyper spectral data measured by spectrometer in the laboratory,a hyper spectral data processing system was brought forward which included four major functional modules,data input and output,resampling spectra, spectral data preprocessing and spectra analysis for specific measurement objectives. Taking the measured spectral data with different water depth information as an example,it developed the water depth inversion module with IDL and ENVI. The experimental results show that the system can process data with high speed and high accuracy and visualize the results. Simultaneously,the system has the expansibility and is applicable to other measured spectral data analysis.
