摘要
研究了皮秒脉冲激光以旋切法在Ni3Al基定向凝固高温合金上加工的微孔,并采用扫描电子显微镜和电子能谱仪观察了微孔的加工质量及激光诱导的缺陷区。实验结果显示,在孔周围没有出现飞溅物和微裂纹等传统缺陷,在孔壁上发现了少量的熔渣和一层厚度在微米量级的氧化物再铸层,而再铸层中含有氧元素是由脉冲激光旋切加工过程中同轴吹高压氧气所致,在紧邻再铸层的部分区域出现了由热影响所产生的相变区。由于使用的激光束,其能量符合高斯分布,从而依据加工面温度分布和激光束能量分布的对应关系,对加工区再铸层厚度进行了理论计算,获得的数值与观测到的再铸层实际厚度趋于一致。
Abstract
Picosecond laser trepan drilling of the directional solidification Ni3Al-based superalloy is investigated. The processing quality of the holes and laser-induced defect zone are examined by means of scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectrometer. The experimental results demonstrate that there is absence of conventional defects are detected in form of spatter and microcracks surrounding the holes, while some debris and thin recast layer composed of oxides appear in the wall of holes. According to the relationship between the temperature distribution of processing area and energy distribution of laser beam, the thickness value of the recast layer is calculated, which is basically in accordance with the measured thickness of recast layer.
