雷达告警态势图在小型舰船跟踪预警系统中的应用

摘要
提出了一种多目标跟踪目标态势显示、目标自动告警的雷达告警态势图。通过可见光探测装置来被动地发现目标,获取目标的视频图像和方位信息,采用数字图像处理和模式识别的方法,来计算所跟踪目标的各种图像信息及运动信息,生成目标态势,以实现雷达的部分功能,并结合全景图成像技术,通过雷达告警态势图的方式在显示设备上实时显示、告警。采用数字图像处理技术及目标识别算法进行目标测距,取代光电跟踪系统中较为昂贵的激光测距仪。通过小型舰船实验证明,这种图像测距的方法同样可以取得较为理想的效果,尤其是针对中长距离的目标,系统可以实现较为准确、稳定的跟踪,同时,这种方法有效地降低了系统的成本。
Abstract
A radar warning situation map(RWSM) is proposed in this article. This map can measure the distance, bearing, heading, velocity of the object and show these information on the monitor through the panorama and the radar map. The system obtained the video and the orientation of the object by the visible light detector. It calculated the image and the motion of the tracking target through the image processing algorithm and the pattern recognition method. The panorama technology was combined to form the RWSM. The laser range finder was replaced by the digital image processing and recognition technology to estimate the distance of the target very well. The ship experiment results showed that the RWSM can well present the posture of the targets, and the system can track the objects accurately and steadily. The cost of the system has been deduced greatly by the method.
