Standing-wave electric field in inhomogeneous film with exponential index profile
摘要
对指数型一维非均匀薄膜中的波动方程进行解析求解.场强按贝塞耳函数变化.将非均匀薄膜迭镀在λ/4反射膜堆的顶部,求得了驻波电场的分布.结果表明,非均匀薄膜可作为减小光学损耗的一种有效途径.
Abstract
The wave equation has been resolved analytically for an inhomogeneous film with exponential index profile in one direction. The electric field varies as Bessel functions. The distribution of standing-wave electric field is obtained when such inhomogeneous layers are overlaped on a λ/4 reflective stack. The results show that the inhomogeneous film can be used as an approach to reduce optical losses in a film system.
