摘要
报道了Ce∶Ho∶LiNbO3晶体的生长, 研究了晶体的衍射效率、存储时间、图像质量等全息存储性能。用Ce∶Ho∶LiNbO3晶体作记录介质, 实现了实时关联存储。
Abstract
In this paper the growth of Ce : Ho: LiNbO3 is rePOrted. The holographic storage properties such as the diffractive efficiency,the storage time, and the quality of the stored image were studied. Using Ce: Ho:LiNbO3 crystal as the storage medium the real time associative memory was realized.
