半导体激光抽运探针源

摘要
从理论上和系统实验上阐述了一种新型全固化半导体激光抽运探针源。此抽运探针源利用激光增益开关控制的原理,通过控制直流偏置电流和射频驱动电流可产生两列重复频率在1 GHz左右,脉宽约为50 ps的激光脉冲序列,并且两脉冲序列间的时间延迟在200 ps范围可调。
Abstract
In this paper,a new kind of all solid state semiconductor laser pump-probe source was presented which was based on the principle of gain switch.By the control of direct current (DC) and radio frequency (RF) current applied to the source,two train pulses were made which had the repeat frequency of 1 GHz,pulse width of 50 ps and the delay time between two train pulses of around 200 ps.
