高温合金激光表面熔掺Y2O3质点的研究
Investigation of Y2O3 particle doped by laser irradiation on superalloy surface
摘要
本文通过激光辐照的方法,研究了在高温合金试样表面掺杂Y2O3质点的可能性、均匀程度与激光辐照参数的关系。结果表明,当预涂粉末数量为0.035 g/cm2和0.059 g/cm2时,选择功率密度为1.76×104 W/cm2,扫描速度为0.36 m/min时,可获得Y2O3质点在熔掺区中宏观上的均匀分布,其氧化钇的含量达1.2~2.0wt%。
Abstract
Possibility to dope Y2O3 particle on the surface of superalloy sample and the relationship between homogeneity and irradiation parameters of laser have been investigated by means of laser irradiation. The reaults show that when the precoating powder quantity is 0.035 g/cm2 and 0.05 g/cm2, if the laser power density is selected as 1.76×104 W/cm2 and scanning speed as 0.36 m/min, homogeneous distribution of Y2O3 particle in melt-doped region can be got on macroscale, the average content of yttrium oxide in the region is 1.2~2.0 wt%.
