XeF(C-A) Laser Pumped Optically by Radiation from a Segmented Surface Discharge

摘要
阐述了分段表面放电光抽运XeF(C-A)激光器的设计和实验技术。分段表面放电辐射源在140nm~170nm辐射区域亮度温度Tb≈15×103K,用该辐射源作抽运源离解XeF2获得了XeF(C-A)蓝绿(470nm~495nm)激光输出,激光脉宽为340ns、光谱宽度为15nm。
Abstract
A detailed description of the design and experimental techniques of the XeF(C-A) laser pumped by segmented surface discharge radiation is given. An optical pumping source is developed on the basis of a segmented surface discharge with a brightness temperature Tb≈1.5×104 K emitting at 140 nm~170 nm. The characteristics of an XeF(C-A) laser pumped by this source are studied. The pulses width (FWHM)of this laser is 340 ns and the width of the emission spectrum (470 nm~495 nm) is about 15 nm.
