半透明体后被测物体红外辐射测温误差分析

摘要
根据红外辐射理论和红外热成像仪的测温原理,考虑环境、大气、物体透射辐射等多方面影响,建立了红外热像仪对半透明体后被测物体测温的数学模型,分析了半透明体反射率、透射率及其误差、被测物体发射率及其误差对热像仪测温误差的影响,提出了减少半透明体后被测物体红外辐射测量误差的几种对策,提出了提高带红外检测窗口电气柜中带电部件的红外测温准确性的方法。
Abstract
Based on the theory of infrared radiation and the infrared thermography, the mathematical correction model of the infrared radiation temperature measurement of the object to be measured after the semitransparent object is established with the effects caused by the atmosphere, surroundings, radiation of transimissivity and many other factors taken account of. The effects of the emissivity, transimissivity and measurement error are analyzed on temperature measurement error of the infrared thermography. Several strategies for reducing the error of infrared radiation measurement of the transmission medium for the semitransparent object are presented. Several methods for improving the accuracy of infrared temperature measurement of the charged components in the electrical cabinet with infrared detection window are presented.
