材料热变形对激光深熔焊焊缝表面突起影响的研究

摘要
研究了热变形对激光深熔焊焊缝表面形状的影响。从热变形的角度定性分析了焊缝表面突起的形成过程。用5 kW CO2激光器进行对照焊接实验,实验结果与理论分析基本符合。
Abstract
The thermal deformation in penetration welding with a laser has been investigated as a factor which results in the elevation on the surface of the weld. Qualitative analysis of the course of thermal deformation during which elevation is made has been presented in detail. A series of laser welding experiments were done with a 5 kW CO 2 laser. The experimental results agreed well with the analysis.
