新型五相步进电机控制技术

摘要
五相步进电机已被广泛应用于控制旋转角度、速度、位置和同步性的诸多领域。通过对新型五相步进电机工作原理的研究,采用 Luminary公司 LM3S615芯片设计完成步进电机的控制组件,由其内部自带的脉宽调制 (PWM)模块产生驱动组件所需的接收时序信号,实现对驱动组件进行细分驱动。通过配置驱动组件,可以产生占空比不同的方波,从而在电机线圈内能够产生多种不同幅值的电流来实现细分驱动。选用的五相步进电机平台型号是 SGSP(MS)20-85(X)。通过实验表明可以实现对步进电机的步进角、角位移量以及转动速度和加速度的精确控制。
Abstract
Five-phase stepper motor has been widely used in many fields to control the rotation, speed, position and synchronicity. Through the study of the working principle of the new five-phase stepper motor, the control module of stepper motor is designed by using LM3S615 chip of Luminary company. The Pulse Width Modulation(PWM) module from the internal of stepper motor generates timing signal required by driving components, in order to achieve the subdivision driving for drive assembly. The driving component can produce waves with different duty cycles through the configuration, which can produce different current amplitudes in the motor coil internal to achieve subdivision. The five-phase stepper motor model is SGSP(MS)20-85(X). Experiments show that it can achieve accurate control of the stepper motor on step angle, angular displacement, rotation angle and acceleration.
