运用太赫兹光谱技术检测天麻中的水分含量

摘要
中药饮片水分含量监测耗时长,效率低,不能适应现场、快速、简便等实际需求。以普通药用天麻为例,运用太赫兹光谱技术对其检测,得到不同含水量天麻的吸收系数随频率的变化图。根据测量的结果反向推测出含水量的大小,从而实现对药品的水分检测,缩短检测时间,提高工作效率,为进一步实现对药品的质量监测提供可能。
Abstract
Impersonal and normative determination of the moisture content is an important factor in monitoring the quality of the Pieces of Chinese Medicine. However, the conventional measurement method is time-consuming with low-efficiency, and cannot meet the fast, simple and in-situ requirements. In this work, the THz absorption spectra of Gastrodia elata BI with different moisture contents have been measured by Terahertz Time-Domain Spectroscopy(THz-TDS), and the obtained linear correlation between absorption coefficient and moisture content shows that THz-TDS method is expected to have potential applications for the quality inspection and determination of the moisture content in the Pieces of Chinese Medicine.
