MV级重复频率三电极气体开关的优化研究

摘要
对一种高工作电压、高重复频率的三电极气体开关的优化设计方法进行了研究,包括绝缘结构的优化、最优触发孔径和触发电极位置的选取.采用设计开关开展了实验研究,并对实验结果进行了分析.结果表明,开关实现了工作电压1.1 MV,峰值电流约13.8 kA,重复频率100 Hz的最大稳定运行参数,性能满足设计要求;开关绝缘恢复性能良好,各次电压波形幅值均匀,分散性小,归一化标准偏差小于3%.
