KrF离子准分子真空紫外辐射及动力学过程
VUV Radiation and Kinetics of Krypton Fluoride Ionic Excimer
摘要
利用激光等离子体软X射线激励,观察到了一种新型离子准分子──KrF离子准分子的真空紫外连续谱,其辐射中心波长位于148 nm附近。并在实验和理论上对其动力学过程进行分析。
Abstract
Continuous radiation from a new kind of ionic excimer, krypton fluoride, was observed under the excitation of soft X-ray from laser produced plasma. The peak of the radiation is near 148 nm. The kinrtics is studied theoretically and experimentally.
