摘要
机器视觉是对农业机械进行导航的一种重要方法。提出一种在农业机械导航系统中,利用机器视觉技术获得导航基准线的方法。该方法从农田作业环境特点出发,主要利用颜色特征因子(2G-B-R)进行灰度化处理,使用最大类间方差(OTSU)自动阈值法获得二值化图像,采用基于已知点的改进Hough变换方法,提取导航基准线,解决传统Hough变换处理速度较慢的问题。实验表明,该算法处理640 pixel×480 pixel的彩色图像平均用时100 ms,正确识别率为92%,能够满足农田作业的实时处理要求,是一种快速有效地图像处理算法,具有特定的实用价值。
Abstract
Machine vision is an important method for navigation of agriculture machine. A machine vision algorithm is presented to obtain a guidance directrix for an automatic machine guidance system. Based on the operating environment characteristics of the farmland,this method focuses on a gray-scale transform by using color factor (2G-R-B),and a binary transform by using OTSU threshold method,and a known point improved Hough transform to extract the guidance directrix. This method can solve the problem of low speed of traditional Hough transform. Experiments show that it takes only 100 ms on average to deal with a 640 pixel×480 pixel color image by using the algorithm and correct recognition rate reaches to 92%. It can meet the requirements of real-time processing. It is a fast and effective algorithm for image processing,and is of some practical value.
