摘要
由于横向抽运的DPSSL输出光束在两个垂直方向上有不同的发散角,把一对平行放置的柱透镜置于谐振腔内,形成一种可以改善激光器输出光束质量的新型谐振腔。利用ABCD传输矩阵理论及等效G参数法计算了稳腔范围。从实验上测得横向上光束质量为M2x=1.231,而对于简单的平凹腔M2x=2.672,Т蟠蟾纳屏DPSSL在横向上的光束质量因子。
Abstract
A novel resonator with two parallel cylindrical lenses is reported to improve the beam quality factor. The stable cavity condition is obtained by ABCD law and equivalent G parameter method. Experimental results show that the beam quality factor in the horizontal direction M 2 x=1.231, it is less than half of the M 2 x=2.672 obtained from the regular stable cavity.
