化学溶液法制备GdBa2Cu3O7-x超导薄膜的研究

摘要
将乙酸盐溶解在丙酸中获得无氟的前驱溶液,利用化学溶液沉积(CSD)法在LaAlO3(LAO)(100)单晶衬底上外延生长出GdBa2Cu3O7-x(GdBCO)超导薄膜。研究了不同退火温度下获得的薄膜的物相、取向、形貌以及超导电性。结果表明:在817 ℃下合成的GdBCO薄膜具有很好的双轴取向,其超导转变温度(Tc)为92.5 K;在77 K和自磁场下,临界电流密度(Jc)达到1.33 MA/cm2。
Abstract
Acetate was dissolved in propionic acid solution to prepare all fluorine-free GdBCO precursor solution. Afterwards, it is explored that the epitaxial growth of GdBa2Cu3O7-x(GdBCO) superconducting thin films on LaAlO3 (LAO)(100) single crystal substrates using all-fluoride-free chemical solution deposition (CSD) method. The phases, orientation, morphology and superconducting property of the films synthesized at different annealing temperatures were studied. It is observed that GdBCO films manufactured at 817 ℃ have excellent biaxial orientations, and the Tc of the film annealed at 817 ℃ is 92.5 K, its critical current density (Jc) reaches 1.33 MA/cm2 at 77 K and self-magnetic field.
