蓝光OLED器件载流子复合区域的研究

摘要
制备了结构为 ITO/NPB/BAlq3/Alq3/Mg:Ag的有机电致发光器件(OLED),研究了有机层厚度对器件载流子复合区域的影响。实验结果表明当改变各有机层厚度时,OLED器件的电致发光光谱将发生从绿光到蓝光的变化。经分析这是由于各有机层电场强度变化影响了空穴和电子的隧穿几率,从而导致载流子的复合区域发生改变而发射不同颜色的光。
Abstract
In the blue OLED, the structure of ITO/NPB/BAlq3/Alq3/Mg:Ag was prepared, and it is investig that the organic layers′ thickness influenced the recombine area of the carrier . The results show that, when the thickness of the organic layers were changed, the spectrum was shifted from green to blue. According to the analysis, the electric field in the blue OLED was changed, then the traversing probality of the carrier was shifted , so leading to the recombine area was changed, which was a perfect idea to achieve color display.
