摘要
激光诱导荧光(LIF)检测作为目前灵敏度最高的检测技术之一,在生物、化学、医学等领域应用广泛,其本身的技术发展也十分迅速。综述了近年来LIF检测系统、荧光探针、荧光分析技术和应用领域的进展,重点介绍了LIF激光光源、光纤光路LIF系统、多通道LIF系统以及LIF成像的最新进展和应用前景。
Abstract
As one of the most sensitive detection technique, laser-induced fluorescence(LIF) detection has been applied to many fields such as biology, chemistry and medicine. The development of LIF detection technology is very fast. The recent advance in LIF detection system, fluorescence probes, fluorescence analytical technology and application is introduced. The latest progress in LIF laser source, optical fiber LIF system, multi-channel LIF system and LIF imaging is emphasized.
