利用神光Ⅱ装置上搭建的用于激光冲击波实验的温度诊断系统(该系统包括高时空分辨的扫描高温计和谱时分辨的扫描高温计),以强激光加载铝材料冲击温度的测量,获得了铝材料冲击高温辐射发光谱的高时空分辨信号图像,结合灰体辐射理论模型,计算得到了冲击波速度19.06 km/s时铝材料的冲击温度达2.95 eV,该温度与SESAME库中冲击温度接近。研究结果表明采用该测温系统能够有效诊断金属材料的冲击温度,为后续进一步获取金属材料冲击温度数据奠定了基础。

High-power laser induced shocks were used to study spall fracture of polycrystalline aluminum at strain rates more than 106/s at “Shenguang-Ⅱ” laser facility.The free surface velocity histories of shock-loaded samples,150 μm thick and with initial temperature from 293 K to 873 K,were recorded using velocity interferometer system for any reflector(VISAR).From the free surface velocity profile ,spall strength and yield stress are calculated,which shows that spall strength declines while yield strength increases with initial temperature increasing.The loaded samples were recovered for metallographic analysis through Laser Scanning Confocal Microscopy.It is found that there are more micro-voids and more bigger voids near the spall plane.Meanwhile,the grain size increases with temperature slowly except the sharp change at 893K(near melting point).Besides,the fracture mechanisms change from mainly intergranular fracture to transgranular fracture with initial temperature increasing.

An experimental research platform is built on Shenguang II high power laser facility for obtaining the equation of state of liquid deuterium which has ability to control the temperature in a range of 12–300 K with an accuracy of ±0.03 K in 80 min. By optimizing the coating processing and cleaning the target, we solve the problems that the residual reflection is too high and serious frosting takes place on the window of the target at low temperature, then we obtain the experimental image with a good signal-to-noise ratio. By using the impedance matching method and velocity interferometer system for any reflector, experimental Hugoniot data of liquid deuterium are obtained at a pressure of about 60 GPa under the output condition of 3ω, 3 ns, 1200 J on Shenguang II high power laser, which agrees well with the other published data in the same pressure regime and provides a good foundation for the next experimental study of liquid deuterium equation in 100 GPa pressure regime.

在神光-Ⅱ装置上利用强激光加载铝材料进行高应变率(高于106s-1)层裂实验,研究不同初始温度下高纯铝材料的动态损伤特性.采用任意反射面速度干涉仪测量样品自由面速度剖面,由自由面速度剖面计算纯铝样品层裂强度与屈服应力.结果表明:随着温度升高,材料层裂强度减小,屈服应力增大.对激光加载前后样品进行金相分析,观察不同初始温度下纯铝材料的微介观结构变化及其损伤特性.结果表明:随着温度升高,样品晶粒尺度缓慢增大,但在873 K(近熔点)时晶粒尺度急剧增加;层裂面附近小孔洞数目较多,孔洞尺寸也较大,而远离层裂面处,孔洞数目相对较少,且尺寸也较小;材料的断裂方式随温度升高由沿晶断裂为主逐渐变为穿晶断裂为主.

在神光Ⅱ激光装置上,针对外径260 μm的柱形靶,采用大焦斑拼接的办法(焦斑直径约200 μm),开展了八路激光直接驱动压缩实验。利用第九路激光驱动钼X射线背光,使用KirkpatrickBaez显微镜成像以及条纹相机记录的方法,获得了柱形靶内爆流线图,据此给出的压缩后密度约为初始密度的120倍。该密度处于快点火电子产生区和能量沉积区密度之间,正是电子束需要传输的密度区域。神光Ⅱ皮秒激光运行后,可以利用这种压缩的柱形靶开展电子束在稠密等离子体中传输的实验研究。

Three sets of lens array (LA) uniform illumination system were designed, which were used in double-frequency laser direct drive experiments on "Shenguang-II" laser facility. Experimental investigations on shock planarity were carried out. The results show that the shock planarity has strong relationship with the LA's parameters, plane target's thickness and target's position. the shock planarity driven by the LA with 121 elements is the best, and which indirectly indicates that the illumination of the 121-element LA is the most uniform, too. Moreover, with the target thickness increasing, the shock planarity becomes worse, and the planar area becomes smaller. Also, the shock planarity showes some periodical change with the target's position, and the shock planarity at focal plane is the best for 121-element LA.

设计了3套针对"神光-Ⅱ"倍频激光直接驱动的透镜阵列均匀辐照系统,并对冲击波的平面性进行了实验研究.结果表明,冲击波的平面性与透镜阵列参数、平面靶厚度、靶面位置等有关,采用列阵元数为121的透镜阵列进行激光束匀滑驱动的冲击波平面性最好,间接说明它在靶面的激光辐照是最均匀的;另外,随着靶厚的增加,冲击波平面性变差,平面区变小;而且冲击波平面性随靶面离焦位置的变化成一定的周期性变化,第2套透镜阵列焦点处的冲击波平面性最好.

介绍了神光Ⅱ精密化装置中的多路激光功率波形测量系统.该系统在神光Ⅱ装置的八路激光放大链前后共26处进行功率波形数据的采集,并在对采集的数据进行汇总后通过计算机网络将其传输到数据分析处理系统,从而为整个精密化功率平衡项目提供了实时、有效的激光功率波形采样.

For precision SG-Ⅱ power balance, there must have same output energy and output pulse waveform in the 8 beams, it means that the gain and transmissivity in every amplifier chain are same. But the gain abilities of the same type amplifiers in 8 beams are different for needing of daily operation. It was a first time that small signal gain of different amplifiers in SG-Ⅱ were measured online by using a small energy measurement system which has superior 1% precision. The small signal gain values of 40 and 70 rod amplifiers, 100 slab amplifiers and 200 double slab amplifiers are got in the regular working voltages. The differences of the same type amplifiers are quantized and that provides valuable experimental data to power balance in SG-Ⅱ precision.

神光Ⅱ装置精密化功率平衡要求8路子光束的输出能量平衡和脉冲波形一致,即每条放大链的增益和透过率相同。但装置因日常打靶工作需要,8路子光束放大链中同级放大器的增益能力差异较大。针对该问题,利用一种精度优于1%的小能量测量系统,对神光Ⅱ装置8路四级放大器的小信号增益进行在线测量,分别得到了40,70棒状放大器,100片状放大器和200双层片状放大器在正常工作电压下的小信号增益值,掌握了每路各级放大器的增益特性,精确量化了各路同级放大器的差异,为神光Ⅱ精密化功率平衡调试提供了宝贵的实验数据。
