电泳阳极对电泳法制备CNT场发射阴极的影响

摘要
研究了四种材料作为电泳阳极板对电泳沉积(Electrophoretic deposition,EPD)制备碳纳米管(Carbon nanotube,CNT)场发射阴极的影响。实验表明电泳阳极板导电性、电阻均匀性对电场分布具有重大影响。采用SEM和EDS分析仪对CNT阴极微表面进行形貌和成分分析,并且对比测试了相应CNT阴极的场发射性能。结果表明高纯石墨板相对具有良好的导电性和化学稳定性,是作为电泳阳极板材料的理想选择。
Abstract
Influence of four different materials used as anodes of electrophoresis on the fabrication of field emission cathodes of CNT cathodes is discussed. Experiments show that the properties of CNT cathodes are affected by the electronic conductivity and the resistance distribution. The patterns and components have been obtained by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and electron diffraction spectroscopy (EDS). The field emission properties of the CNT cathodes were measured and compared. The result showed that high pure graphite is an optimal choice because of its excellent electronic conductivity and chemistry stability.
