TiO2-ZnO系尖晶石型红外辐射涂料的制备和研究
Preparation and Research of the TiO2-ZnO System Spinel Infrared Radiation Coating
摘要
以Fe2O3-MgO-cordierite体系为基础, 用不同质量分数 TiO2和 ZnO进行掺杂, 制得具有高发射率的尖晶石型红外辐射涂料。通过 XRD、SEM、红外发射率测试、傅立叶变换红外光谱测试、抗热震性测试等测试方法对所制备的红外辐射涂料的物相、微观形貌、红外发射率和抗热震性能进行分析。结果表明, 经高温烧结后生成了 ZnFe2O4、TiMg2O4、MgFe2O4尖晶石结构, 当 TiO2质量分数为 10%时, 涂料在 8~14 μm波段的发射率最高达到 0.963, 并且抗热震性良好。
Abstract
The high emissivity infrared radiation coatings were prepared by doping different mass fraction of TiO2 and ZnO, which has spinel structure. The microstructures and the emissivity performance withinwavenumber of 400~4000 cm-1 of the coatings are studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD), Fourier Transform Infrared(FT-IR) and the IRE-2 infrared radiant instrument, respectively. The emissivity can reach 0.963 in the bands of 8~14 μm when the mass fraction of TiO2 is 10%. The results reveal that the coating formed ZnFe2O4, TiMg2O4 and MgFe2O4 spinel structure.
