随机抽取125名大学生, 通过问卷调查大学生的眼健康情况和用眼习惯, 以及对保护眼睛的态度和预防近视的方法。调查结果表明: 大学生近视率高, 对眼健康的重视程度平均分为7.35, 虽然进行矫正但矫正方式欠佳, 对眼健康认知片面, 用眼习惯欠佳、连续用眼时间长、学业压力大、长时间使用电子产品和用眼习惯不良等问题普遍存在。大学生应该加强眼健康常识, 养成正确用眼习惯, 学习正确的眼部护理知识, 从而提高眼健康认知水平, 改善眼健康状况。

125 college students were randomly selected to investigate the eye health status, the habit of using eyes, and understand their attitudes and behaviors towards eye protection.
