摘要
为了实现金属材料内部缺陷的非接触式无损检测, 采用激光-电磁超声方法进行了理论分析和实验验证研究, 取得了钢坯试样中深度为40mm、尺寸为φ3mm×30mm孔洞人工伤的检测数据, 检测结果与实际孔洞位置之间的测量误差约为5%。结果表明, 激光-电磁超声技术适用于金属材料内部缺陷的非接触式无损检测。
Abstract
Theoretical analysis and experiments about laser-EMAT(electromagnetic-acoustic transducer) technique were carried out for the purpose of noncontact and nondestructive detection of inner defects of metal parts. The test slab contains a φ3mm×30mm artificial hole about 40mm beneath the surface. The testing error was about 5%. The result shows that the laser-EMAT technique is suitable for noncontact and nondestructive detection of inner metal defects.
