摘要
利用周期极化磷酸氧钛钾(PPKTP)晶体构成的半整块结构简并光学参量放大器获得了连续变量1.5 μm光通信波段的明亮正交振幅压缩态光场。光学参量放大器工作于阈值以下反放大状态, 阈值功率为220 mW。当780 nm抽运光场功率为110 mW, 1.5 μm注入信号光场功率为115 mW时, 下转换光场输出功率为80 μW, 实测的连续变量1.5 μm明亮正交振幅压缩态光场的压缩度达3.0 dB。
Abstract
A telecommunication wavelength bright amplitude quadrature squeezed light for continuous variable at 1.5 μm was demonstrated from a semi-monolithic degenerate optical parametric amplifier (DOPA) based on a periodically poled KTP crystal. The DOPA was operated in optical parametric deamplified state below the threshold power of 220 mW. A 3.0 dB bright amplitude quadrature squeezed light with the 1.5 μm output power of 80 μW was measured with the pump light at 780 nm of 110 mW and the injected signal at 1.5 μm of 115 mW.
