摘要
文章以现有的全光分组头与净荷分离方案为基础, 提出一种新颖的基于双半导体光放大器(SOA)-马赫曾德尔干涉仪(MZI)的分组头与净荷分离方案, 该方案充分利用了SOA-MZI的非线性特性。并且针对新方案采用数学模型进行了数值和理论分析, 结果表明, 经过分离装置后的光分组, 其分组头和净荷得到不同的相移和增益, 从而能够实现对分组头与净荷的有效分离。
Abstract
In this paper, a novel dual SOA-MZI-based packet header and payload separation scheme is proposed on the basis of the existing all-optical packet header and payload separation scheme. The new scheme makes full use of the nonlinearity of SOA-MZI and gives numerical and theoretical analysis of the scheme by using a mathematical model. The results show that the packet header and payload obtain different phase shifts and gains after passing through a separating unit, realizing the effective separation of the packet header and payload.
