摘要
介绍了液晶光学器件在高功率激光装置上的应用,设计并制作了通光口径为50mm×50mm的1053nm红外液晶λ/4波片,测量了液晶波片的液晶层厚度、位相延迟和激光损伤阈值,初步验证了液晶波片在高功率激光装置上应用的可行性。
Abstract
The development of the large-aperture liquid crystal optical elements for high-power laser facility was introduced. Liquid crystal quarter wave plate which aperture is 50mm×50mm to 1053nm laser was designed and fabricated. Performance data of phase retardation and laser damage thresholds show this liquid crystal optical element to be useful alternatives to conventional silicon wave plate and would be used on high-power laser system after further improvements in future.
