摘要
按照红外成像传感器的工作原理,光学系统、焦平面阵列探测器和信号放大电路部分的线性和非线性效应是影响输出红外图像质量的主要方面,阐述了红外传感器系统模型的建立流程和仿真系统的实现步骤。仿真实验表明叠加了传感器效应的红外仿真图像置信度明显提高,可作为信号源对红外成像系统进行客观测试和评价。
Abstract
According to the principle of the infrared imaging sensor, the effects of the optics system, focus plane array detector and signal amplified circuit were the main parts which influence the quality of the output infrared image.These effects included the linear and non-linear effects.The model flow of the infrared sensor was presented.The achieving step was also discussed.The simulation experiment indicated that the fidelity of the infrared image was improved when the sensor effects were imposed.It can test and evaluate the performance of the infrared imaging system objectively as the signal source in the signal injection simulation.
