基于阈值和小波去噪的激光在线测厚技术
Technology of Laser On-line Thickness Measurement Based on Threshold and Wavelet De-noising
摘要
采用激光三角位移法实现传感器对锂电池在线涂层厚度的测量。针对激光测厚所产生的静态和动态误差,静态误差通过系统标定滤除,动态误差采用阈值判断和多尺度小波算法实现高频去噪,保留低频有效膜厚。实验结果表明:该技术相比于单一的多尺度小波去噪,更适合于非连续性的涂层膜厚测量。
Abstract
On-line measurement of lithium battery Coating thickness is realized via laser triangulation. Based on threshold judgment and multi-scale wavelet, the algorithm is utilized for high-frequency noise reduction of lithium battery film thickness measurement systems. The result shows that this method, compared with the single multi-scale wavelet de-noising, is more applicable to different wave lengths and discontinuous coating thickness measurement.
