应用光镊技术测量液相微区温度
New Method of Measuring Temperature of Liquid Micro-Area by Using Technology of Optical Tweezers
摘要
提出了一种利用光镊技术测量液相体系内微区温度的方法,它借助光镊将微小粒子控制在液体中的确定位置处,观测粒子在其中的布朗运动,并由此确定该处的温度。用该方法测量了纯水和一组不同浓度的乙醇水溶液的微区温度,其结果与通常所用测温方法一致,证明了本方法的可行性。进一步分析了该方法的测量精度,得到空间分辨率为10 μm×10 μm×5 μm,时间分辨率有望达到2 s。该方法解决了光镊技术在实际应用中经常需要对体系温度进行微区实时监测的困难。
Abstract
New method of measuring the temperature at a wanted micro-area in liquid by using the technology of optical tweezers was proposed. The temperatures of water and a group of the ethanol-water solutions of different ethanol concentration were measured, and the result consisted with that of ordinary temperature measurement method,which demonstrated that the new method was feasible and reliable. The precision of the method was analyzed too, the spatial resolution of this method was 10 μm×10 μm×5 μm and the temporal one could reach 2 seconds. The new method provides a unique technique for optical tweezers application.
