经SLM打印成型的TC4合金热处理研究

摘要
本文通过选区激光熔化(SLM)技术打印制备TC4试样, 采取不同的热处理方式, 通过拉伸试验、洛氏硬度及金相显微组织等性能检测, 得到不同热处理状态的力学性能。试验结果证明: 经800 ℃完全退火处理后TC4合金具有较高的强度, 且塑性大幅提升, 具有较好的综合力学性能。本文可对TC4钛合金SLM打印零件热处理提供参考。
Abstract
In this paper,TC4 samples were printed by selective laser melting (SLM) technology,and the mechanical properties of different heat treatment states were obtained through tensile test,rockwell hardness test and metallographic microstructure test.The test results show that TC4 alloy has higher strength,higher plasticity and better mechanical properties after annealing at 800℃.This paper can provide reference for heat treatment of TC4 titanium alloy SLM printing parts.
