Digital Control Bias Circuit of APD with Temperature Compensation
摘要
针对脉冲激光测距机工作环境温度变化和不同测距目标的需要,设计了一种具有温度补偿功能的雪崩光电二极管(APD)数控偏压电路,并对电路系统进行了理论分析和试验验证。结果表明,电路系统输出电压不仅可以有效地减少环境温度对APD增益的影响,而且能够根据上位机指令调节偏压大小,保证APD处于最佳工作状态,使测距机性能得到优化。
Abstract
A digital control bias circuit is designed for the APD temperature compensation and various target when the range finder of pulse laser is working. The theory of the circuit system is analyzed and a lot of tests are carried out. The output of the circuit system can reduce the influence of APD gain as change in environment temperature, and also can adjust the bias value when the central computer sends command. The circuit can make the APD work better and improve the performance of range finder.
