本文综述了ALA-PDT通过诱导T淋巴细胞的凋亡与损伤,抑制炎性细胞因子治疗银屑病的机制研究,以及不同浓度的ALA局部用药与不同照光剂量对银屑病临床疗效评估与影响。
Abstract
This paper reviews the study on the mechanism of ALA-PDT in Psoriasis inhibiting inflammatory cytokines by inducing Apoptosis and damage in T Lymphocytes. It also summarizes the evaluation and influence of ALA local application at different concentrations as well as of different irradiation doses on the clinical effect of Psoriasis.
