摘要
采用名义栅距为1/1200mm、凹面曲率半径为5649mm的变栅距凹面光栅,研制了一种小型平焦场光栅光谱仪.谱仪入射角为87.45°,物距为155mm.使用"星光Ⅱ”激光装置对该谱仪进行了测谱实验,得到用胶片作时间积分光谱记录时谱分辨率不低于0.015nm.
Abstract
A small sized flat field grating spectrograph was developed by using a varied spacing concave grating with a nominal groove spacing of 1/1200mm and a radius of curvature of 5649 mm. The incidence angle and the object distance of the spectrograph are 87.45° and 155 mm respectively. The spectrograph was used for test in "XINGGUANG Ⅱ" laser system, and the experimental results showed that the spectral resolution of this spectrograph was better than 0.015 nm for time integrating detection with film.
