目的:探讨应用U-100双频激光和钬激光腔内治疗输尿管结石的疗效和操作体会.方法:回顾性分析850例输尿管膀胱结石在输尿管镜下激光碎石的临床资料.结果:一次性碎石总成功率为91%.膀胱结石碎石成功率为100%.术后碎石总排净率为95%.结论:输尿管镜下激光治疗输尿管膀胱结石,具有安全可靠、损伤小、恢复快、碎石率高等优点,是微创治疗的有效方法之一.对尿路结石,尤其是输尿管结石作为首选,疗效满意.

Purpose: To study and elaluate U-100 double-frequency laser and Ho:YAG laser lithotripsy of ureteral and bladder calculi. On the treatment of ureteral and bladder calculi through ureteroscope. Methods: 850 patients of ureteral and bladder calculi with laser through ureteroscope were reviewed and evaluated. Results: 91 pecent were successful on first lithotripsy, and the bladder stone fragmentation rate was 100 %. 95 pecent of the total stone fragments completely expelled. Conclusions: Treatment of ureteral and bladder calculi with laser through ureteroscope has been safe , less damage, shorter recovery time and high efficiency. It's one of effective endoscopy methods.
