半导体激光与Nd:YAG激光治疗结膜色素痣(斑)

摘要
目的:观察半导体激光和Nd:YAG激光治疗结膜色素痣(斑)的疗效.方法:对18例18眼结膜色素痣(斑)患者行半导体和Nd:YAG激光治疗.结果:18例患者均为单眼,色素痣(斑)大多数位于内外侧睑裂部球结膜面,2例位于泪阜及半月皱襞,经激光治疗后,10例色素痣消失,有5例行再次激光后消失,2例行第三次激光后消失,1例第四次激光后消失.结论:半导体波长激光和ND:YAG激光治疗结膜色素痣(斑)是安全,有效的治疗方法.
Abstract
Purpose: To observe the curative effect of treating the conjunctiva pigment mole(spot) with laser of the semiconductor nm wavelength.Method: To provide the laser treatment of semiconductor wavelength to 18 patients with conjunctiva pigment mole.Result: 18 patients are all with simple eye.The pigment mole(spot) lies in nasal and temple sides of the ball conjunctiva,in which 2 lie in lacrimal caruncle and semilunar plica.After the laser treatment,10 cases of pigment moles disappear,another 5 disappear after treated again.Conclusion:It is a safe and effective treatment method that the laser of semiconductor wavelength treats the conjunctive pigment mole(spot).
