甚短距离光传输(VSR-1)系统色散功率代价的分析

摘要
导出了一种用系统10%-90%上升时间所表示的最坏情况下多模光纤色散功率代价的计算方法。将最坏情况下的眼图闭合用光接收器在t0时刻的输出信号波形表示,从而得到了色散功率代价的数学表达式。为了得到光接收器输出信号波形的解析解,假设多模光纤链路是一个低通滤波器,其归一化脉冲响应是高斯形式的。用这种方法对甚短距离光传输系统VSR-1的色散功率代价做了计算分析,所得结果可作为最坏情况下VSR-1链路功率预算分析的参考。
Abstract
An approach for the calculation of the worst-case dispersion penalty of multimode fiber links was derived. The approach is expressed by 10%-90% rise time of the system. The worst-case eye closure was expressed with the signal waveform from receiver at t0,thereby the numerical equation of the dispersion penalty was obtained. In order to derive the analysis result of the signal waveform,it was supposed that the multimode fiber system is a low-pass filter;its normalized impulse response is Gaussian form. The dispersion penalty of VSR-1 optical link was calculated by this approach. The result can be used as the reference for the worst-case VSR-1 link budget analysis.
