摘要
对HWRX-3型红外热像仪系统进行扩展改进,研制了与计算机联接的数据采集卡,Windows 98操作系统下的硬件驱动程序,以及具有多种图像处理功能的用户软件.发展了该系统在无损检测的新技术--超声红外热像技术中的应用,并针对超声红外热像技术,提出了一种红外热像图处理的方法.
Abstract
The improvement on Model HWRX-3 infrared camera is presented, which includes the design and development of a real-time digital frame grabber and the hardware driver program under Windows 98 operating system. A powerful software package with many image processing functions is also successfully developed. It is effectively applied to ultrasonic infrared thermography (UIT) technique, which is considered as a new NDE technique. Moreover, a useful infrared thermography image procession method is put forward for UIT.
