摘要
使用泛音SC切石英晶体谐振器的恒温晶振需含有电感的带通电路来抑制B模振荡,不利于恒温晶振小型化。该文建立了谐振器的振动模型和等效电参数的计算模型,利用B模、C模在电极内的法向电流密度分布差异对电极进行裁剪,设计了B模抑制电极,调整两种模式的压电耦合效率,成功设计出B模自抑制的19.2 MHz三次泛音SC切晶体谐振器。结果表明,该方法有助于小型化SC切恒温晶体振荡器使用泛音晶体,以实现更高的指标。
Abstract
The oven controlled crystal oscillators (OCXO) with SC cut quartz crystal overtone resonator require a band-pass circuits containing inductances to suppress B mode oscillation, which is unfavorable for the miniaturization of OCXOs. In this paper, the vibration model and the calculation model of equivalent circuit parameters of quartz crystal resonators were established in this paper. The discrepancy of normal current density distribution of the B mode and the C mode inside the electrode is used to tailor the electrode, and the B mode suppression electrode was designed to adjust the piezoelectric coupling efficiencies of two modes. A 19.2 MHz 3rd overtone SC cut crystal resonator with B mode suppression was successfully designed. The results show that the proposed method is helpful for miniaturizing OCXOs with SC cut quartz overtone resonator and achieving higher performance.
