摘要
Abstract
The mechanical structure of piezoelectric accelerometer is designed, and the operation equations onX-,Y-, andZ-axes are deduced. The test results of 3-D frequency response are given. Noise disturbances are effectively eliminated by using fiber optic transmission and synchronous detection.
