基于双目线结构光的机车闸瓦厚度检测

摘要
为了提高智能化检测精度,提出了基于双目线结构光的机车闸瓦厚度检测方法,利用线结构光获取物体表面信息,对采集的图像进行光条中心线提取,再根据双目视差原理得出闸瓦的三维信息,从而求出闸瓦厚度。实验结果证明,该方法检测精度高,可以有效解决闸瓦遮挡和视觉盲区等问题,能够满足实际检测需求。
Abstract
In order to improve the intelligent detection precision, a method for the thickness detection of the locomotive brake shoe based on the binary linear structured light is proposed. The surface information can be got from the linear structured light. Center lines of the light stripes are extracted from the image. And then according to the principle of binocular parallax, three-dimensional information of the brake shoe is worked out. And the thickness of the brake shoe can also be obtained. The experimental results show that the method is of high accuracy. It can effectively solve the problem of occlusion of the brake shoes and visual blind area. The proposed method can satisfy the practical testing requirements.
