机载光电转塔气动外形优化设计方法

摘要
机载光电转塔的气动外形,对载机气动特性以及转塔自身的转动精度、系统量测结果都有重要的影响.结合工程实践,提出一种机载光电转塔气动外形优化设计方法.基于转塔外形设计和气动特性分析,初步给出多种候选外形方案,然后结合理论分析和CFD仿真,最终得到最优的转塔气动外形.以某型直升机机载光电转塔为例,对所提方法在实际工程中的应用过程进行了说明.
Abstract
The aerodynamic shape for airborne Electric-Optic(EO) turret has great impact on the aerodynamic characteristics of the plane,the precision of rotation of turret itself and the measurement results of the system performance.An optimal scheme for aerodynamic shape design is presented from the viewpoint of engineering practice.Based on the analysis to aerodynamic shape and aerodynamic characteristics, we proposed several possible aerodynamic shapes,among which an optimal design of turret was obtained through theoretical analysis and CFD simulation experiments.In addition,the application of the proposed method in practice was demonstrated by taking a certain type of helicopter airborne EO turret as an example.
