摘要
以关系桥梁安全健康的拉索表面缺陷检测作为研究内容,针对国内对拉索表面保护材料层的两种检测方法的不足,设计了以嵌入式DSP为核心的扫描采集和缺陷检测系统,包括图像采集机构、DSP硬件平台、爬行运动机构以及损伤定位机构;提出了基于图像的快速识别拉索表面缺陷的检测识别方法,包括图像截取、滤波降噪、图像分割、缺陷识别,并加以算法实现。实验结果表明,该方法不仅实现了拉索表面缺陷的实时检测,同时系统指标达到:最小识别面积为1cm2,图像实时处理速度为10cm/3s。
Abstract
The surface defect detection of bridge cable about the safety and healthy of the bridge is studied in the paper.In view of the drawback of two detecting methods for surface covering layer of cable,the scanning acquisition system and the fault detection system in the core of embedded DSP were designed,which included image acquisition part,DSP hardware platform,creeping moving part and fault location part.Furthermore,a fast measuring method based on image processing of the cable surface corrosion and damage was proposed,which included image interception,filter denoise,image segmentation and defect recognition.The experimental result shows that it can detect the cable surface defect in real time,and its performance index is that minimal recognition area is 1cm2and real-time image processing speed is 10cm/3s.
