视情维修条件下舰载机维修保障的动态分析

摘要
舰载机的维修保障是一个复杂的系统工程。以舰载机维修保障的系统分析为基础,引进视情维修的概念。针对视情维修在新一代航空装备中的应用,以航空装备战备完好率为目标,分析了基于视情维修的舰载机维修保障系统的体系结构,并运用系统动力学方法建立了系统的动态反馈结构模型。通过对仿真结果的评价分析得出,将视情维修方法应用到舰载机维修保障可有效提高舰载机战备完好性的结果。
Abstract
The maintenance support of carrier-based aircrafts is a complex system engineering.The concept of Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) is introduced based on system analysis to the carrier-based aircraft maintenance.According to the application of CBM to the new generation of aviation equipment, and taking the combat readiness rate of the aviation equipment as the objective, the architecture of the carrier-based aircraft maintenance support system is analyzed, and a dynamic feedback structure model based on CBM is established by system-dynamic theory.Analysis to the simulation results shows that the application of CBM into maintenance support system of carrier-based aircraft can effectively enhance the combat readiness rate.
