激光照射参数对光动力学疗法治疗眼底病中视网膜温度影响的理论分析

摘要
目的 了解不同激光照射参数对光动力学疗法治疗眼底疾病中视网膜温度的影响.方法 根据经典Pennis热传输方程建立视网膜温度分布的数学模型,理论分析激光波长、功率密度及光斑直径对光动力学疗法治疗过程中对青紫蓝灰兔视网膜温度的影响.结果 当照光剂量相同时,578 nm激光引起的灰兔视网膜温升最大,532 nm激光次之,690 nm激光最小;随着激光功率密度及光斑直径的增加,视网膜温升也越高.结论 光动力学疗法治疗中严格控制照光参数对于防止不必要的视网膜热损伤非常重要.
